Each and every single product has been carefully inspected and sent in excellent new condition with proper and sufficient packaging to ensure against any damages. These precautions have been taken to ensure the quality and function of our products.
Bummer, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase? Just send it back to us with the completed form (RETURN FORM) for a full refund within 10 days of receipt and MUST be send prepaid. We do not pay or reimburse for return shipping. Item(s) being returned MUST be mailed back in the original condition that it was received, along with proper and sufficient packaging to ensure against damages. Please note that NO REFUND will be made until returned items have been received, inspected and approved by Fawn. All return requirements must be met to be eligible for refund. We have the right to deny any refund requests if requirements have not been met, in which case the item will be returned back to you. WHAT IF I NEED WANT TO DO AN EXCHANGE?
All exchanges must be treated and processed as a RETURN. Please refer to the above information on RETURN POLICY and fill out a RETURN FORM in order for us to process the exchange/return. While doing that, go ahead and just place a new order online for the product you want. These orders will be processed individually.
HOW DO WE SHIP?
Each package sent to you will be sent via USPS First Priority Mail, which will be delivered to your address between 2-5 business days in the US once your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be accompanying your package. Once your order has been placed, please allow anywhere between 1-7 business days to allow us to get your order together. Depending on the nature of your order (availability, custom order, quanitity, etc) your ship day will vary. Most orders will be shipped within 48 hours from the time your order was placed. We promise to work quickly as possible and will email you information on when you should be expecting your order along with a tracking number. Please note that we are not responsible and do not take accountability for any delivery times that USPS may promise. Once the product leaves our hands, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or misplaced/misdelivered packages. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping charges.
Yes we do ship internationally. We ship USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate of $20 USD, which will be delivered to your address between 6-10 business days once your order has been shipped. Please be sure to check the appropriate shipping rate and method at checkout. We will email you with a tracking number and estimated delivery date. Please note that we are not responsible and do not take accountability for any delivery times that USPS may promise. Once the product leaves our hands, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or misplaced/misdelivered packages.
CAN I MAKE SPECIAL NOTES OR ARRANGEMENTS FOR SHIPPING?
If you need to special shipping arrangements (ie, signature-required upon delivery) then please note that additional charges may apply. Please go ahead and place your order online along with your special arrangement requests. You can also email NINA@BOUTIQUEFAWN.COM about your requests. We will make the proper arrangements and send you a bill via PAYPAL (if required). Once full payment has been received, we will ship your package and you will receive an email confirmation.
If you would like to Express or Overnight your purchase, please email us before placing your order to ensure that the item is readily in stock and that the proper additional charges are made aware and applied to your order.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
In the rare case where you want to cancel your order, you must cancel within 24 hours of placing your order via email. Custom Orders cannot be cancelled once we have started work. A refund will be granted to you within 48 hours. Please allow 2-5 business days for the corrected adjustments to show on your bank statements. If the package has already been shipped within that time, please refer to the above RETURN POLICY information for instructions on how to proceed. You must wait to receive and then return that time within 10 days from which your item was placed. You are responsible for shipping charges on all return packages. Please note that NO REFUND will be granted until the order is received in its original condition.
